Even in the most difficult of life experiences people can survive, and even thrive, thanks to human resilience and with the help of people who care.  Reaching out to trusted family and friends and seeking professional support when needed can be invaluable for strengthening inner resources and facilitating psychological health.

In psychotherapy I draw from several therapeutic models including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Brief/Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and my own Psuche Model.

Online counselling may be offered via Skype sessions.
